Straight Talk Customer Support – How to get help

Talking to Straight Talk Customer Support

Are you having trouble with your Straight Talk, Net 10 or TracFone cell phone?  Straight Talk customer support can help.

Here are some lesser-known ways to get help with your phone, including Straight Talk Executive Customer Support

Before you contact customer support, please be sure to check the online guides that Straight Talk provides, that may very well answer your question!

Straight Talk genuinely wants to help their customers, but to keep prices low, they do use techniques such as offshore call centers that can sometimes be frustrating when you are trying to get your problem resolved.

How to Get Additional Help from Straight Talk Customer Support

If you didn’t get anywhere with the normal customer service line, you are not alone.  The normal customer service line is limited in the types of issues they are able to handle, and I’ve had to escalate issues several times beyond the first representative I spoke with.

Note: Please do not use the advanced methods listed below unless your attempts to call the normal Straight Talk customer service line have failed.  If everyone uses these as their primary contact method to customer service, they will become much less useful.

Ask to speak to a Supervisor

While on the regular support line, ask to speak to a supervisor if you feel your concerns are not being handled.

Twitter

You can send Straight Talk a tweet @AskStraightTalk and they may reply with a mechanism to get more help.  They do not appear to be very active on Twitter anymore, so your experience may vary.  But it is worth a try.

Facebook

You can send Straight Talk a private message on Facebook for extra help. They are listed as being “Very Responsive” to messages on Facebook, so this is a pretty good option to get in contact.

Executive Customer Support – By Mail

A typed letter, sent certified or express mail is always a good attention-getter that shows you are serious about resolving your issues.  Here’s how to write to Straight Talk’s Executive Resolution Department

Straight Talk, Inc
Attention: Executive Resolution Department
9700 NW 112th Avenue
Miami, FL 33178

Executive Customer Support – Miami Corporate Office

Phone: 1-305-715-6500 extension 1029

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Eastern

Contact an Executive

Contact an executive at Straight Talk, like the CEO F.J. Pollack.  Chances are you’ll be routed to an assistant, rather than the CEO himself, but calling and asking for the CEO, or other executives can get your support case noticed.

Phone: 1-305-715-6500

If All Else Fails

If all else fails in dealing with Straight Talk customer support, you might consider some other options for resolving your situation:

  1. Consider another phone carrier.  If all the above methods didn’t work, maybe Straight Talk just isn’t for you.
  2. Submit a complaint through the Better Business Bureau
  3. Contact us for extra help using the comment section below.  Please detail your problem and the mechanisms you have tried and we’ll suggest possible ways you can receive help.

  • What if you already have Straight Talk ( and want to get a new phone? If I purchase one of the above phones, will it still work?

  • I am so very dissatisfied with Straight Talk right now. I’ve had Straight Talk for several years and everything was great, until I purchased a new Galaxy S8 phone (approx. $750.00) from Walmart in the later part of March 2018. The phone went dead after a couple of weeks and would not take a charge. I went back to Walmart and they said it was my problem and I had to deal with Straight Talk. Straight Talk informed me I would have to send my phone my damaged phone back to them with the FEDEX label they sent me. I returned my damaged phone via FEDEX on April 14, 2018 and Straight Talk says they can’t find it. I have confirmed with FEDEX that that damaged phone was received on April 16th at 2:02 pm in the shipping and receiving department in Miami FL and D. Jorge signed for it. Since that time, I have called Straight Talk at least a 100 times and had to tell the whole story each time because I could never reach the person I spoke with last. They all said I would get my replacement phone in 3 to 5 days. Needless to say, after all of this I still do not have my replacement phone. Straight Talk is still billing my credit card for the monthly fee when I don’t even have a phone to use! They have also disconnected my phone # because it says the number has no service when you dial it. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR EXPENSIVE PHONE TOO BECAUSE HELP IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH THEM!!

    • Sorry you had a bad experience.

Request a chargeback through your credit card that you used to purchase the phone & service so that you can get your money back.

See our article on how to contact Straight Talk Executive Customer Support and see how they can help.

If all else fails, file a case in small claims court. If you have tracking info, receipts and other evidence that shows you owned the phone, you should succeed.

  • We have had a Straight Talk phone and service for several years and have been very pleased with you folks. I, however, have found that there are certain people I do not wish to talk with, so, I would like to know how to block certain numbers from calling me. Can you help me, please.

  • I have a ZTE Blade Max 3, originally purchased on an US Cellular plan. The phone is paid off, but US Cellular has given me the run around (“Go ask Straight Talk, first, if this phone is unlockable with their BYOP.”) in the local office and when I call customer support. Straight Talk’s online chat customer service was barely any help at all, stating basically that ‘Every unlockable phone is compatible with Straight Talk’s BYOP.’

But… I don’t see my ZTE Blade Max 3 on that list, and I don’t want to spend $ trying to add a phone to Straight Talk if it won’t work. Does anyone know if the US Cellular ZTE Blade Max 3 is sold ‘pre-unlocked’ or is compatible with Straight Talk’s BYOP?
